Job Description
Assist clients with end-to-end visa application processes for tourist, business, and other visa categories.
Provide up-to-date information on visa requirements, embassy rules, and travel regulations.
Review and verify all visa-related documents before submission to ensure compliance with embassy guidelines.
Coordinate with consulates, embassies, and visa centers for submission, follow-up, and collection of documents.
Maintain a database of visa applications and regularly update clients on their status.
Handle queries related to visas, passports, and travel documentation through calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
Ensure timely completion of visa applications to meet travel schedules.
Keep abreast of changes in international travel rules, visa policies, and documentation requirements.
Liaise with internal departments (ticketing, holidays, etc.) to offer seamless travel support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism or related field).
1–3 years of experience in visa processing or international travel documentation.
Strong understanding of visa rules for key countries (e.g., Schengen, UK, USA, UAE, Singapore).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications under tight deadlines.
