Job Responsibilities(JR)

Actionable
• Early Book Portfolio Management
• Drive onboarding framework for new to program customers across virtual channels
• Drive benchmark performance for x-sell / liability growth in new to program customers
• Campaigns Management
• Create and implement campaign framework along with marketing for these customers
• Track and monitor campaign impacts on the virtual program base.
• Move to an omni channel experience from a customer point of view.
• Segmented Objectives
• Create segmented drives to determine incremental interventions on the portfolio.
• Track and monitor these drives for impact on the book.
• Team Management
• Recruit , train and motivate team members basis budgets
• Create a system of timely feedback and performance monitoring for all team members

Experience Required
• Post-Graduation with minimum 10-12 Years of experience
