Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated violin/viola/cello teacher. It's a part time job that offers flexible hours, easy to incorporate with other commitments the candidate might have. The school operates weekdays afternoon through evenings and morning through evening on the weekend.
Experience
3+ years of teaching
ability to work with students of various ages and abilities
Proper knowledge of music theory and technique
Preparing students for performances such as recitals, NYSSMA (if applicable)
Arranging one's own schedule by communicating with parents and students
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
