Vintage Mirage is now HIRING, celebrating 22 years of business in our brick-and-mortar store in Old Town, Alexandria and also online sales web sites.
The position of STORE MANAGER is now available immediately.
Working requirements are: a minimum 2 years managerial retail experience, vintage and consignment experience a plus, excellent English speaking & writing skills, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and most importantly a love of vintage fashion and consignment. Candidate must be willing to work on every phase of the business with staff including inventory, cashiering, customer help, consignor interaction & basic bookeeping.
We have 200 consignors on our roster plus a genuine vintage collection for sale at a rotating display and retail format. Candidate must be interested in offering quality service to the customers plus manage small staff of sales and social media & work with the owner as an assistant.
Staff hours required :
Tuesday through Saturday 10:30am to 5:15pm schedule. (Saturdays Mandatory)
Salary is commensurate with experience.
