Harvest Crew 2027 – Marlborough
We are currently recruiting for our 2027 Harvest Crew. Processing premium grapes in Marlborough with multiple varieties on behalf of our Clients, you will join a large sized winery in a hands-on role in Cellar operations.
We have positions available as follows:
Experienced Cellar Hands
More than 1- 3+ vintage experience (no formal qualification required).
Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
Perform routine tasks in the cellar and operate winery machinery. These tasks include grape receival and processing, general juice additions and transfers, barrel filling, racking, floatation, and lees processing of juices.
Supervisory experience desirable
Cellar Hands (no experience)
No experience required.
Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

All jobs will commence in late February/early March for a period of between 6 - 16 weeks. During the vintage peak, staff will be expected to work a 12-hour shift, 6 days per week.
