Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, sharp, and brand-orientated videographer who can shoot and produce premium-quality clinical and promotional videos. This role is for showcasing treatments, patient testimonials, product promos, doctor videos, and high-conversion content for social media.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Shooting & Production
• Shoot high-quality videos inside the clinic:
• treatment procedures
• Doctor explanation videos
• PRP, laser, facials, hair treatments
• before/after showcase
• clinic ambience & luxury experience
• Record smooth B-rolls for social media, reels, and advertisements.
• Capture patient testimonials with clear audio & a premium look.
2. Social Media Video Content
• Create daily reels/videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce educational, entertaining & trending videos:
• skincare tips
• hair care tips
• myth vs fact
• “clinic-life” videos
• product use demo
• Ensure videos follow luxury + clinical + minimalistic brand standards.
3. Editing & Post-Production
• Edit videos with clean transitions, proper lighting correction & premium colour grading.
• Add captions, on-screen text, subtitles & brand elements.
• Maintain uniform style in all videos
• Produce ad-style videos for paid campaigns.
• Create engaging graphics, animations, and reels for Instagram, Youtube, and other platforms
4. Creative Direction
• Plan shoot concepts with the social media manager & owner.
• Suggest new ideas like:
• Storytelling videos
• Patient Journey reels
• Series-based content (Day in Clinic / FAQ series / Treatment spotlight)
• Maintain a list of weekly trending reel formats.
5. Equipment Handling
• Manage camera, lights, mic, tripod, gimbal & accessories.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of all equipment.
• Handle quick setups during treatments & consultations.
6. Collaboration
• Work closely with:
• Graphic Designer
• Social Media Manager
• Reception (for patient coordination)
• Doctors (for explanation videos)
• Take timely feedback and deliver revisions fast.
7. File Management
• Organise all RAW footage, edited videos, and final exports.
• Maintain a structured folder system (dates, treatments, products).
• Keep backup of important footage.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of shooting & editing.
• Experience with DSLR / mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights & mics.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, and After Effects.
• Ability to shoot in clinic environments with minimal disturbance.
• Strong sense of colour grading & aesthetic visuals.
• Creativity, punctuality & discipline
• The candidate must have their own personal camera
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
