• Photography: Conduct on-site and studio photoshoots to capture high-quality images of our planters and indoor plants.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for photo shoots.
Ensure all product images align with the brand's aesthetic and style guidelines.
Experiment with lighting, angles, and settings to achieve the best visual results.
• Editing:Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining the authenticity of the products.
Ensure consistency in color grading, lighting, and overall style across all images.
Resize and format images for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, and print materials.
• Collaboration:Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align photography with overall branding and marketing strategies.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continually improve the quality and visual impact of images.
• Equipment and Studio Maintenance:Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Keep the photo studio organized and clean.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a photographer, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in lifestyle and product photography.
- Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Knowledge of current photography and design trends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent visual style.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with home décor and lifestyle trends is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
