Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Videographer and Editor (Social First) based at our office in Sansad Marg.
We're looking for a talented and creatively driven Videographer & Video Editor to join our in-house team.
You’ll work closely with our founders to bring Two Roads Studio’s mission to life through compelling visual storytelling. From shooting and lighting to editing and delivering multiple performance-ready versions, you’ll play a key role in turning insights into video content that stops thumbs, builds trust and helps more women build handicraft businesses.
Job Timings: 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday & 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday
Must Have: Ability to work full-time onsite and collaborate in person with founders and manage their personal brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality, social-first video content designed to perform across paid and organic channels.
• Collaborate with the in-house production team to maximise each shoot, capturing content that can be repurposed and tested across multiple formats and placements.
• Deliver performance-ready edits including colour grading, sound design, captioning and basic motion graphics.
• Create multiple cut-downs, hooks and variations optimised for different platforms including Instagram and YouTube.
• Translate complex or sensitive healthcare topics into clear, engaging and human visual stories.
• Work closely with the founders to develop video aligned with campaign goals and performance insights.
• Organise and manage video assets to ensure footage, edits and project files remain accessible for future testing and iteration.
• Contribute new creative ideas and stay up to date with evolving video, social and paid media trends.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in videography and video-editing content for creator/ personal brands.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
• Must own and regularly use a MacBook for editing, file management, quick rendering and creator workflows.
• Strong technical knowledge of using Iphone for shoots, along with lighting, framing and camerawork.
• Hands-on experience with mobile editing and creator apps, including Edits, Captions, Capcut and other popular social video tools.
• Strong understanding of hooks, captions, pacing, and visual storytelling optimized for social media.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Plus Points
• Color correction, audio cleanup, and thumbnail or cover design.
• A creator-first mindset with a sharp eye for trends and viral formats.
• Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Owning your own Macbook and Iphone.
