Job Description
As a Videographer and Graphic Designer at Allure Medspa, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating content that showcases our brand's expertise in the healthcare and beauty industry. You will be responsible for capturing and editing videos, designing graphics for various marketing channels, and collaborating with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
Responsibilities
Videographer:
• Video Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, highlighting the services offered at Allure Medspa.
• Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture professional footage.
• Ensure proper framing, composition, and visual aesthetics in each shot.
• Conduct post-production tasks such as video editing, color correction, audio editing, and adding visual effects.
• Scripting and Storyboarding:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards that effectively communicate key messages and showcase our services.
• Assist in creating engaging narratives and visual storytelling techniques to captivate the audience.
• Equipment Management:
• Maintain and manage video equipment, including cameras, tripods, microphones, and lighting gear.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video production technology.
• Recommend necessary equipment upgrades or purchases to improve production quality.
Graphic Designer
• Visual Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, ensuring they align with Allure Medspa's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and email templates.
• Apply design principles, typography, and color theory to enhance the visual impact of materials.
• Concept Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual representations.
• Brainstorm ideas and provide design recommendations for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Image and Video Editing:
• Edit and enhance images and videos to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand.
• Retouch photos, adjust colors, and apply necessary filters or effects.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and motion effects in video editing software.
• File Management and Organization:
• Maintain a well-organized library of design assets, including images, fonts, and templates.
• Follow established file management protocols to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of design files.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Videographer and Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in video production, editing, and graphic design.
• Knowledge of videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
