Location: Hybrid, Mumbai- 4 days WFH, 1 day WFO
Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST)
Compensation: 6-9 LPA + Night Shift Allowance

Job Description:
The Senior Video Engineer Multimedia is responsible for preparing, adapting, testing, and delivering high-quality localized multimedia and digital content across multiple languages and markets. This role requires strong technical expertise in design and multimedia tools, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and close collaboration with project managers, linguists, and developers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of localized assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, format, and adapt multimedia and digital content for localization across multiple languages and regions.
• Handle and process audio, video, Screen Recording, VTTS, graphics, and interactive learning content for localization and delivery.
• Perform functional, visual, and linguistic QA on localized content to ensure accuracy, synchronization, and adherence to specifications.
• Identify risks, missing information, or inconsistencies and proactively communicate them to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, linguists, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and on-time delivery.
• Proactively suggest process improvements, workflow optimizations, and automation opportunities where applicable.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet client and internal requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in Localization Industry is a must

• Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition
• Subtitle Edits
• Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Photoshop
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Adobe Acrobat
• OCR tools
• CAT tools and localization platforms (e.g., CRM/AURORA or similar)
• Experience working with multilingual content and different language formats is highly preferred.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Video localization, multimedia, design, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Video engineering, multimedia production, or content adaptation roles.
• Prior experience in formatting, testing, and QA of multilingual digital or multimedia content is an advantage.
