Job Description
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a talented and performance-driven Senior Video Editor to join our growing creative team. If you're passionate about storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Video Editor
Location: Hustle Hub Tech Park, BrightCHAMPS Building, HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Mode: On-site
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit high-quality videos with strong storytelling and creative execution.
• Work across multiple content formats, including podcasts, short-form videos, performance marketing creatives, and social media content.
• Deliver compelling edits with seamless transitions, sound design, pacing, and visual synchronization.
• Create multiple content variations optimized for different platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quick turnaround times and high quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred.
• Experience with Final Cut Pro will be an added advantage.
• Must have hands-on experience editing podcast videos.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, audience retention, and current content trends.
• Self-driven, motivated, and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-ownership environment.
• Agency or freelance experience is a plus.
