Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Video Production: Edit long-form UPSC lectures for YouTube and create high-energy Reels/Shorts. This includes color correction, audio cleaning, and adding engaging motion graphics.
Graphic Design: Design high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) YouTube thumbnails, social media posters, and daily current affairs infographics.
Brand Identity: Maintain a consistent visual style (fonts, colors, and logos) across all Mentor IAS platforms.
Content Repurposing: Strategically cut down long-form academic videos into bite-sized "insight" clips for social media.
Required Skills
Video Tools: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Basic knowledge of After Effects is highly preferred.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. (Canva is a plus but not a substitute for pro tools).
Typography: Excellent command of Hindi and English fonts to ensure educational content is readable and professional.
Efficiency: Ability to work on tight deadlines, especially for "Daily News" graphics or trending UPSC updates.
Requirements
Portfolio: Candidates must provide a link to their portfolio or a reel showcasing both video and design work.
Experience: 1–3 years in the EdTech or coaching industry is a massive advantage.
UPSC Awareness: A basic understanding of what UPSC aspirants look for (e.g., toppers' interviews, syllabus breakdowns) will help you design better content.
About the Role
Mentor IAS is looking for a versatile creative professional to lead our digital presence. You will be the "one-person army" responsible for how our brand looks and speaks on YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram. If you can turn a dry UPSC lecture into a viral reel and a complex current affairs topic into a stunning infographic, this role is for you.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
