Video Production & Editing
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms.
• Create event highlight reels, promotional videos, and short-form video content.
• Enhance visuals with graphics, effects, and soundtracks.

Youtube Content Creation
• Produce weekly and monthly recap videos spotlighting major initiatives.
• Edit documentaries, interviews, and behind-the-scenes segments.

Creative Execution
• Partner with content writers and designers to execute video concepts.
• Ensure all video content aligns with established branding and quality standards.

Platform Optimisation
• Format and optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Use effective captions, thumbnails, and CTAs to drive engagement.

Quality Control
• Deliver content that is error-free, polished, and visually appealing.

Education
• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Video Editing, Film Production, or Multimedia.

Experience
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience editing for government organizations, creative agencies, or media platforms.

Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and similar tools.
• Strong foundation in storytelling, color grading, and sound design.
• Experience optimizing videos for various platforms and formats
