Role OverviewThe Video Designer will support the Client’s communication, marketing, and digital initiatives by producing and editing video content that aligns with brand standards and messaging objectives. This role focuses on assembling, editing, and delivering polished video assets in support of internal and external communication needs.The Video Designer will work as a dedicated extended team member, collaborating closely with graphic designers, motion designers, and content authors in a global, multi‑time‑zone environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and assemble video content using supplied footage, graphics, and audioApply branding, titles, lower thirds, motion elements, and captionsEnsure video output aligns with Client's visual and editorial standardsProduce videos for - Internal communications, Corporate messaging and storytelling, and Web and digital platformsManage revisions and feedback from multiple stakeholdersOptimize videos for various channels, formats, and resolutionsMaintain organized project files and version controlRequired Skills & Qualifications3-6 years of experience in a similar role with an advertising agencyUnderstanding of video storytelling, pacing, and structureFamiliarity with motion graphics and graphic overlaysStrong attention to detail and audio/visual balanceAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCollaborative mindset and effective communication skillsTools & TechnologiesVideo Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, etc.Design Tools: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoshopGood to Have / Emerging Tools: Cinema 4D / Blender, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, and any other similar toolsCollaboration and asset management toolsMust Have -Experience working with global brands, preferably in the energy sectorWorked with advertising agenciesCreative thought process, strong ideation, and storytellingWork location: Whitefield, BengaluruPlease share your updated resume
