Job Description
We are seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging and dynamic motion graphics for various digital platforms
Roles and Responsibilities
• Design and create compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Work with the design, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and develop creative solutions.
• Assist in video editing and post-production tasks, including adding effects, transitions, and sound to enhance the final product.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and design to continually improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Ensure all motion graphics meet high-quality standards and align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and talented Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing digital marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting social media posts animations, raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content that supports our marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing teams, project managers, and other creatives to bring video concepts to life and ensure our videos resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
• Edit and assemble video content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Translate marketing briefs and scripts into visually compelling video stories.
• Utilize professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, add graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music.
• Ensure smooth flow, pacing, and storytelling throughout the video.
• Maintain a high standard for video quality, including color correction, audio balancing, and formatting for different platforms.
• Manage and organize video files efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video content.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics / Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency .
• Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and video marketing trends is a plus.
• A creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
Salary
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. We offer upto 3.6 LPA depending on your qualifications, experience and interview .
