About the Role
Readofia Private Limited is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our digital marketing and content production team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills and hands-on experience creating social media videos, promotional videos, advertisements, YouTube content, reels, and corporate videos.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit professional videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and brand content.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and visual effects.
• Edit raw footage into polished and engaging final videos.
• Colour-correct footage and improve audio quality.
• Create basic animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Resize and optimise videos for different social media platforms.
• Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and social media managers.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video content.
• Manage multiple video projects and complete them within the given deadlines.
• Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
Required Skills
Candidates must have practical experience using:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Filmora
• CapCut
Additional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or AI video-editing tools will be an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of professional video-editing experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media videos, reels, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Good understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual effects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand project briefs and deliver videos on time.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to accept feedback and make revisions when required.
