Role Overview
This role is ideal for a video editor who enjoys crafting compelling promotional content while balancing creativity with operational excellence. You'll work on trailers, promotional videos, multi-title campaigns, and other marketing assets, collaborating with producers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative work at scale.
Beyond executing edits, you'll have opportunities to improve workflows, expand your expertise in motion graphics and sound design, and contribute to strategic creative initiatives that enhance the team's overall production capabilities.
Job Description
• Create and edit high-quality promotional video content using established templates and creative guidelines.
• Produce trailer cutdowns, H1 videos, multi-title assets, drop-ins, and other marketing deliverables.
• Deliver projects that meet creative expectations, business objectives, and production timelines.
• Collaborate with producers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Apply and maintain video templates, brand guidelines, and style consistency across deliverables.
• Make creative editing decisions within defined brand and campaign parameters.
• Continuously improve editing workflows and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Develop expertise in motion graphics, animation, and sound design to enhance creative output.
• Participate in creative discussions and production planning sessions.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Video Editing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience in a creative agency or production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
• Online portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality editing work (mandatory).
• Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience managing digital assets, media libraries, or production resources.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Traits
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and sound design.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital content production.
• Familiarity with digital asset management and media workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.
