Job description
📌 About Us

We are a fast-growing marketing agency based in Denver, Colorado. We partner with local restaurants across the state and the United States to help them explode their online presence, get millions of views, and drive physical traffic through their doors.

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and trend-aware Video Editor to join our team on an ongoing, week-to-week basis. We want a true partner, not a one-time gig worker.

🎬 The Role & Workflow

You will be editing high-quality raw footage shot on Sony cameras, which we will provide via Google Drive.

Our content needs to be highly engaging, visually appetizing, and adaptive to the latest social media trends. Your workload will be consistent, averaging 10 to 20 videos per week, split across two main formats:

70% Short-Form Content: Highly engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Think fast pacing, trending audio, dynamic captions, and strong hooks.

30% Long-Form Content: YouTube videos, website promos, and longer Facebook ads showcasing the restaurants.

🛠 Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, specifically short-form vertical content (food/restaurant/hospitality content is a massive plus).

Ability to edit high-quality raw footage (Sony camera profiles).

Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, transitions, pacing, and dynamic text styling.

Reliable, high-speed internet connection to download raw footage and meet weekly deadlines.

Platform agnostic: We don't care if you use Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut—as long as the final product is professional and drives views.

Workload

Hours/Volume: 10–20 videos per week (Consistent, ongoing weekly workflow).

This is a long-term position with a steady stream of income for a reliable editor.
