Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team. This role combines the skills of graphic design and video editing to create compelling visual content for various marketing and communication channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative flair, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to showcase their creativity and contribute to the visual representation of our brand. In addition to video editing and motion graphics, the candidate should have experience working with production houses, D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, and consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Video Editing: Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging and polished video productions.
· Motion Graphics: Create visually appealing motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, enhancing video content and brand messaging.
· Graphic Design: Develop static graphics, visual assets, and animations for various digital platforms and marketing materials.
· Collaboration:Collaborate with the creative and production teams to bring creative concepts to life and maintain brand consistency.
· Brand Consistency: Ensure that all graphics and videos align with the brand's identity and guidelines.
· Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
· Software Proficiency: Stay up to date with industry-standard software and design trends, and explore new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.
· Experience with Production Houses: Apply experience gained from working with production houses to optimize workflow and meet project demands effectively.
· D2C Brand and Consumer Brand Experience: Use previous experience working with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands and consumer brands to understand their specific needs and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (2+ years) and Adobe After Effects (1+ year).
· Proficiency in other design and video editing software is a plus.
· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
· Experience working with production houses and a variety of clients, including D2C and consumer brands.
· Excellent creative and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· A degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
