About the internship:
Responsibilities of the Trainee Video Editor -
As a Trainee Video Editor, you will be expected to learn, adapt, and execute video editing tasks in accordance with the company's quality standards and editing guidelines. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Editing videos as per the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creative guidelines.
2. Removing unnecessary pauses, mistakes, filler words, and unwanted sections to improve the flow of the content.
3. Stitching together multiple clips and camera angles into a cohesive final video.
4. Creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.) from long-form videos.
5. Adding relevant B-roll footage, stock visuals, graphics, and overlays where appropriate.
6. Applying suitable transitions, animations, and visual effects while maintaining a clean and professional style.
7. Adding and formatting subtitles/captions as per company standards.
8. Following client-specific instructions and maintaining consistency with their branding and editing style.
9. Incorporating feedback and revisions accurately within the specified timelines.
10. Organising project files, maintaining proper folder structures, and ensuring efficient workflow management.
11. Delivering assigned tasks within agreed deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
12. Reporting progress, communicating challenges promptly, and collaborating effectively with the team.
13. Maintaining confidentiality of all client files, assets, and project information.

Other Requirements:
• 1. This internship is completely Work From Home (WFH).
• 2. Candidates who perform well during the internship may be offered a full-time position based on their performance, attitude, and business requirements.
• 3. Upon conversion to a full-time role, the candidate will be expected to work from the company's office in, Sector 78, Noida.
• 4. The full-time role follows a hybrid work model, allowing 4 Work From Home (WFH) days per month, with the remaining working days being office-based.
• 5. Candidates should be comfortable relocating to or commuting to Noida if they are offered a full-time position.
• 6. Applicants must have a reliable computer and a stable internet connection during the internship.
• 7. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback are considered more valuable than prior work experience.
