Job Description
We help coaches and professionals build AI avatars of themselves so they can post consistent talking-head content without ever having to film. We're hiring a full-time video editor intern to take raw AI-generated talking-head footage and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping short-form content. This is a video-editing-first role, with content growth and strategy as a strong secondary focus.
IMPORTANT: Candidate who submit the below given editing task will be ONLY considered for the next rounds.
What You'll Do
• Video Editing (Core, Full-Time) You'll take AI avatar talking-head videos and edit them into premium, retention-optimized Reels/Shorts by adding captions, cutting for pacing, and layering in supporting visuals (AI-generated or stock photos/video) that reinforce the story being told, not just filler. This is the daily core of the role, not a rotating task.
• Content Growth You'll study viral, high-performing talking-head content in the coaching/personal-brand space and bring back hooks, pacing patterns, and formats that we can apply to our own videos. You'll help shape the page's content direction over time, thinking beyond single edits toward consistent, compounding growth.
What We're Looking For
• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Edits) comfortable with captions, pacing, b-roll layering, and making talking-head content feel premium, not templated.
• Experience sourcing or generating supporting visuals (AI image/video tools, stock libraries) that actually support a narrative rather than just decorate it.
• A trained eye for what makes short-form content retain attention, you can point to specific edits or channels you study.
• Full-time availability.
• Bonus: prior experience growing a personal brand or content page from scratch.
SKILL ASSESSMENT TASK
You are given a 1-minute AI-generated talking-head video, an AI avatar telling a story. Your task is to turn it into an engaging, polished, ready-to-post video:
• Add clean, premium-looking captions, simple and elegant, not cluttered or over-animated.
• Add b-roll, supporting images or video clips that reinforce the story being told, not random stock filler.
• Cut out unnecessary silences or bits that don't add to the story, so the pacing stays tight throughout.

• Duration: 3 months, extendable to 6 months based on performance.
• Location: Remote.
