Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global product portfolios and architecture.
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and emerging technologies including Generative AI systems.
Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams, and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a track record of driving product innovation and transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools.

Base Salary of $225,000 USD - $250,000 USD per year + discretionary 25% annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan
Total compensation range for this position: $281,250 USD - $312,500 USD per year.
