In collaboration with senior leadership, the VP will ensure that all investment activities align with the company's goals and risk tolerance. The position also involves managing a team of investment professionals, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of investment strategies across multiple asset classes.
• Manage and optimize a diversified portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's risk profile and financial objectives.
• Identify new investment opportunities and conduct detailed due diligence and financial modeling.
• Provide leadership to the investment team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align investment strategies with corporate objectives.
• Monitor market trends, economic forecasts, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare and present investment reports to senior leadership and board members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus.
