Job Description
Education: LLB / LLM with strong experience in real estate legal matters.
Candidate from Chennai and with real estate sector preferred
Role Purpose: Lead the legal function with focus on land acquisition, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and legal risk mitigation for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end legal aspects of real estate projects.
- Conduct land due diligence and title verification.
- Draft and review agreements including JV agreements and contracts.
- Ensure RERA compliance and regulatory approvals.
- Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel.
- Support land acquisition transactions and negotiations.
- Provide legal advisory to leadership on business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Land due diligence and title verification
- JV agreements and contract drafting
- RERA compliance and regulatory approvals
- Litigation management
- Land acquisition legal frameworks
