Job Description:
As the Vice President of Corporate Banking for one of our esteemed clients, you will lead the corporate banking division and play a crucial role in shaping the company's corporate banking strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing business development initiatives, managing corporate relationships, and ensuring the division's profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Lead and execute corporate banking business development strategies to expand the client portfolio and achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Foster. and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve divisional goals.
Risk Management: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and mitigate potential risks associated with corporate banking activities.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and risk management.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute corporate banking strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in corporate banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing corporate banking relationships.
Strong understanding of financial markets and banking regulations.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align corporate banking initiatives with the company's overall strategy
