Vice President (BH) International Mobility Vertical

Purpose:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President – Mobility to lead the entire International Mobility Vertical . The role carries end-to-end ownership of global workforce mobility programs, covering government partnerships (B2G), global employer acquisition (B2B), and candidate sourcing, training, deployment, and post-placement support (B2C).
The VP – Mobility will be responsible for building scalable, compliant, and outcome-driven mobility pipelines across key destination countries including Russia, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Greece, Italy, Singapore, Finland, Netherlands, and Japan, while ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Mobility Strategy & Vertical Leadership
• Own and drive the overall International Mobility strategy across all corridors and sectors.
• Translate market demand, employer requirements, and government priorities into executable mobility programs.
• Ensure alignment between sourcing volumes, training capacity, employer timelines, and deployment readiness.
• Act as the single-point leader for mobility performance, outcomes, and accountability.
2. B2G – Government & Institutional Engagement
• Lead strategic engagement with the Maharashtra Government and other relevant state or institutional bodies.
• Oversee PMU operations, compliance reporting, reviews, and outcome delivery.
• Ensure effective use of government data, schemes, and institutional support for candidate sourcing and mobilization.
• Represent Organisation in high-level government meetings, reviews, and policy discussions.
3. B2B – Global Employer & Partner Management
• Build and own the employer acquisition strategy across priority destination countries.
• Establish partnerships with international employers, staffing companies, hospitals, corporates, and sector bodies.
• Ensure clarity on job roles, eligibility, compensation, timelines, visa requirements, and deployment commitments.
• Oversee negotiations and closure of MoUs, contracts, and long-term framework agreements.
4. End-to-End Mobility Operations Oversight
• Own the full mobility lifecycle:
sourcing → screening → interviews → training → certification → visa → deployment → post-departure support.
• Ensure strong coordination across BD, KAM, Sourcing, Marketing, Legal, QC, Collections, Training, Visa, and Alumni teams.
• Drive process discipline, handovers, SLAs, and accountability at every stage of the value chain.
• Ensure high conversion ratios, low dropout rates, and consistent employer satisfaction.
5. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with destination-country regulations, visa norms, ethical recruitment standards, and contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing quality, documentation, finances, visas, and employer readiness.
• Oversee audit readiness, documentation standards, and internal controls.
• Maintain high-quality benchmarks across candidate experience and employer delivery.
6. Financial Ownership & Unit Economics
• Own vertical-level financial performance, including cost structures and revenue realization.
• Ensure sustainable unit economics across different countries, sectors, and mobility models.
• Work closely with finance and collections teams to manage cash flows, pricing, and cost optimization.
• Drive profitability without compromising compliance or candidate outcomes.
7. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Build and lead senior leadership across sourcing, employer relations, PMU, training, visa, and operations.
• Define KRAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for leadership and execution teams.
• Develop strong second-line leadership to support scale and continuity.
• Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and execution excellence.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Deep expertise in international workforce mobility and overseas employment programs.
• Strong understanding of government-led projects and PMU-style execution.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-country mobility operations.
• High commercial acumen with strong employer-facing negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across government, employers, partners, and candidates.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in international mobility, staffing, skilling, or global workforce programs.
• Prior experience working with government or institutional employment initiatives.
• Exposure to multiple international corridors, especially regulated or semi-regulated markets.
• MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred.
