The VP of Banking and Treasury will lead and manage the company's treasury functions, ensuring optimal liquidity, cash flow management, and resource mobilization both domestically and internationally. The role includes overseeing forex management, hedging strategies, and banking relationships to support company growth and strategic financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Treasury Management: Oversee liquidity, cash flow optimization, and resource mobilization.
- Resource Mobilization: Secure funding through debt, equity, and other instruments from domestic and international markets.
- Forex Management & Hedging: Develop and implement forex risk mitigation strategies.
