Job description
As a Pharmacy Incharge, your role is to oversee the operations and management of a pharmacy department within a healthcare facility, such as a hospital, retail pharmacy, or long-term care facility.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing pharmaceutical care to patients, and managing a team of pharmacy staff.

Here are some key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the role of a Pharmacy Manager: Dispensing and Medication Management: Overseeing the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients, including prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and medical supplies.

You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to medication dispensing and labeling.

Pharmaceutical Care: Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patients.

This involves conducting medication therapy reviews, counseling patients on medication usage, monitoring medication effectiveness and safety, and addressing any medication-related issues or concerns.

Inventory Management: Managing pharmacy inventory, including ordering medications and supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.

You ensure the availability of essential medications and optimize inventory turnover.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and secure new export orders in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Prepare and manage export documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor market trends and identify export growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of international trade regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Working Hours and Culture :
