Meridian Veterinary Clinic Receptionist (Full-Time)
Meridian Veterinary Clinic (Stony Plain) is seeking an experienced, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a privately owned, community-focused practice and proudly offer small animal medicine and surgery to Stony Plain and the surrounding region.

Schedule
This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday rotation of:
8:00 am–5:00 pm
9:00 am–6:00 pm
You will also work one Saturday per month (8:00 am–4:00 pm), with a day off in lieu.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in the veterinary field or comparable medical field (required)
A warm, professional communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
Someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and takes pride in organization and detail
Role Responsibilities:
The Veterinary Receptionist is a key member of our team and the first point of contact for our clients.
Duties include:
Greeting and welcoming clients and their pets with professionalism and compassion
Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and managing daily scheduling flow
Updating client information, including medical history and insurance details
Providing administrative support to veterinarians and technicians
Maintaining a clean, organized reception and waiting area
Processing payments and issuing accurate invoices
Offering basic guidance on pet care, vaccinations, and preventive health
