Veterinary Receptionist
Job Description
We are an emergency hospital that primarily focuses on walk-in patients. We are looking for someone kind, compassionate and level-headed to be the first point of contact at Trinity Hills 24 Hour Pet Hospital. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, making prescriptions, billing people out, returning emails, maintaining cleanliness and providing administrative support to the veterinary team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software.
Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
