We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Pharmacist to oversee our manufacturing lines, ensuring all products meet stringent safety and efficacy standards for livestock and companion animals.Key Responsibilities:*Develop new veterinary medicines & supplements (tablets, injectables, liquids) for companion and livestock animals. Optimize existing formulations for improved efficacy and stability.*Supervise manufacturing processes, manage production staff, and ensure adherence to safety standards and batch records*Analysis of raw material, packing material, in-process samples, stability samples, and finished products.*Responsible for Drug Production facility manufacturing activities like compounding, filtration, filling, and lyophilization of the vial line products.Ensure OMS compliance in *Manufacturing-related activities.Assist in the validations of equipment, facility, and process (aseptic media fill).*Ensure all processes align with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and local regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, or national animal health boards).*Maintain meticulous Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).*Identify opportunities to optimize production efficiency while maintaining product integrity.*Good communication and writing skills.
