Now Hiring: Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist (Part-Time)
We're looking for 2 friendly, motivated Veterinary Assistants/Receptionists to join our fast-growing veterinary team!
Position: Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist
Type: Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time)
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy, supportive, and growing clinic. You'll help provide excellent care to our patients while creating a welcoming experience for clients.
Responsibilities
Greeting clients and checking patients in and out
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Assisting veterinarians and technicians as needed
Maintaining accurate records and client communications
Keeping reception and clinic areas organized and clean
Providing outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with animals and their owners
Veterinary or reception experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate
