Venue General Manager Yo-Chi Randwick
Yo-Chi Randwick opened its doors in November and has quickly become a favourite spot in the local community. We’re now on the hunt for an exceptional Venue General Manager to lead the team, drive performance, and continue building the incredible energy this venue is known for.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a thriving Yo-Chi venue, develop a high performing team, and create standout guest experiences every single day.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead the day to day operations of Yo-Chi Randwick and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Build, coach, and develop a high performing, engaged team
Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and venue presentation
Manage labour, COGS, and overall financial performance (full P&L accountability)
Drive team engagement, culture, and strong leadership on shift
Create strong connections within the Randwick community to grow the Yo-Chi love
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced hospitality leaders with a track record in KPIs, sales growth, labour targets, and guest satisfaction
Skilled in rostering, labour management, and running efficient shifts in fast paced environments
Proven experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training high performing teams
Confident in managing venue financials including labour, COGS, and P&L
People first leaders who motivate, coach, and develop their team
