Job Description
Designation : Team Leader / Sr. Software Engineer (QA)
Job Description
• Design and coordinate test strategies, develop and maintain our test automation frameworks, and execute comprehensive automated tests.
• Automation expertise will be crucial in driving the continuous integration flows, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance for our products.
• Develop, document, and maintain test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, and automated scripts
• Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
• Maintain traceability matrix in Bug management.
• Ensure that validated deliverable meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Experience in Automation testing using Selenium/Appium and familiarity with basic programming in Python/Java.
Skills Required
Technical skills :
• Knowledge of MySQL database.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java/Python or any other scripting language.
• General understanding of Audio and Video is a plus.
• Good understanding of the principles how web-services work
• Good Analytical and logical thinking
• Experience with CI tools like Jenkins will be highly desirable.
• Experience on AWS/Azure/Google cloud services is a plus.
• Experience in performing load testing using tools like Jmeter/Loadrunner.
Soft Skills
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills, ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management.
• Mature, ability to understand business perspective of requirements and interpersonal relationships when interacting with non-team members.
• Leading a small team of QA engineers and improving upon the delivery processes.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner & openness to try different tools, technologies & concepts.
• Good communication skills
• Show exemplary Leadership quality
Qualification
• BE/B.Tech/B. Sc/M.Sc/MCA, ME/ M.Tech from reputed colleges.
• Consistently good academic record having minimum 65% throughout (10th std onwards)
Experience : 4+ Years.
