Full-Time Sales Associate – Popavape Hamilton

Full-time: 35-38 hours/week (Weekdays: 4pm to Midnight)

Your Role: The Heart of the Store
As a Sales Associate, you’re the face of Popavape. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, keeping the shop organized, and making sure customers leave happy and well-informed. You’ll work closely with the manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Sales

Greet customers with a warm, helpful attitude
Understand customer needs and recommend products
Upsell accessories (lanyards, coils, bags) and VIP loyalty cards
Process transactions and handle returns professionally
Offer $5 off in exchange for a Google review when appropriate
Product Inventory Support

Restock shelves and maintain product displays
Track customer requests for flavours/products we don’t currently carry
Help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized at all times
Store Procedures

Follow store opening/closing steps as trained
Count cash at the start of your shift to ensure the float is accurate
Log notes about special customer orders or issues as needed
What We’re Looking For:

✔ Retail experience (vape, cannabis preferred)
✔ Strong people skills – friendly, helpful, and confident
✔ Punctual, dependable, and takes pride in doing a great job
✔ Fast learner who is motivated and attentive to customer needs
✔ Interest in vaping culture or knowledge of vape products is a major plus
