Van Mobile Plumber (Self Employed) – London
Location: Central London
Salary: £225 per day
Hours – Days Monday to Friday

My client are currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Plumber (Self Employed) looking after a Portfolio of High End Residential Complex sites located across Central London. As this is a self employed role you will be required to have you’re own vehicle along with own tools. Day rate is £225 working Days Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible within reason

My client is holding interviews ASAP!!

Duties:
• Complete PPMs in a timely and efficient fashion
• Ensure Reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient fashion
• Basin Tap Changes
• General Building Service Maintenance
• Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
• Ensuring the site is kept in full working condition
• Ensuring full compliance Health and Safety are being met
• Provide a positive working environment

Requirements:
• Previous reactive plumbing maintenance experience – 2 years plus
• NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 will be considered with the right experience.
• Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
• Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
• Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
• Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
• Own tools.
• Clear DBS.

Package:
• £225 per day base salary, dependent upon experience
• Comprehensive initial training program
• Uncapped earnings
• Out of hours call outs – £70 per hour for the first hour and £45 per hour thereafter.
• Free uniform.
