Job description
One of our clients based in Plumstead arelooking for an ongoing confident and outgoing Van Driver.
As a Van Driver: You will be working 8 to 10 hours each day Monday to Friday, delivering food and beverages. Due to the nature of the job this will at times involve heavy lifting. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate as our client will offer the option of becoming apermanent member of staff with them.
Your duties as a Van Driver:
You will be responsible for the delivery of food and beverages, in and around London as well as surrounding home counties. You will complete all deliveries and paperwork/PDA as well as a daily vehicle defect sheet.
Successful Van Driver candidates will:
Hold a UK driving licence.
Have 2 years Van driving experience.
Have no more than 6 penalty points for minor offences (no DR, DD or insurance related offences)
Be physically fit and healthy.
Able to lift at times large amounts of alcohol.
