Job Description
Responsibilities
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs while recommending, selecting, and helping locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers
Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Coordinate sales effort with Head office.
Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups.
Continuously improve through customer’s feedback. To prepare customer feedback
Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Maintain counter standards including replenishment and presentation the general appearance and cleanliness of department
Enhancing Brand visibility
Daily Stock Tally
Handling entire counter workshop activities
Identifying fast moving stock and to make sure stocks are always available
Achieving monthly targets
Educate the customer about the product before selling it to them
Should not leave the counter unattended
Displays a high degree of professionalism, both visually and verbally, at all times on the sales floor and when speaking on the phone
Offering outstanding customer service
Skills
Experience of Two years in Jewellery sales – luxury goods industry preferable
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
