Title: Internationale BPO Representatives
Work Location – Jaipur (Work from the office)
Shifts: Rotational and Night Shifts
Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Job Description:
Attend necessary phone calls - inbound calls.
Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries as soon as possible
Maintain pleasant relationships with customers
Maintain database by updating customer information on a daily basis
Exceptional English communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Efficient in achieving targets
Should be a team player
Excellent organizational skills
Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
0-3years of experience of working as a Customer Services Representative or Call Center Representative.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
