Responsibility

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards throughout the design process.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new features in Figma to optimize design workflows.
Produce and maintain design guidelines, icing a harmonious and cohesive stoner experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects.
Expertise in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
