Transformer Manufacturing Industry Profile- Transformer Fabrication EngineerQualification- B.Tech / M.Tech - Mechanical, Electrical, , EEE, EISalary- Upto 5 Lac CTC Experience: 5+ Years in Transformer Industry.Job Location- Jaipur (Raj.)Job Description -Plan and execute fabrication and machining / tool room related activities for inhouse developments.Able to read & understand the designs / assembly drawings / part drawings of Jigs / fixtures / customized equipment / material handling equipment etc.Make a list of Raw Material needed as per the drawings.Coordination with Purchase Department for procurement by following the company systems & procedures.Plan and arrange the resources / accessories needed like welding fixtures / drilling jigs / templates etc.Plan and arrange consumables needed for gas cutting, welding, shot blasting, painting, cutters / blades needed for different machines / powered tools, coolants etc.Manage fabrication team involving fitters, welders, helpers etc.Manage machining team involving basic operations like turning, milling, grinding, drilling etc.Manage tool room activities like cutter regrinding / sharpening etc.Coordination with maintenance team and ensure preventive maintenance of all the equipment & tools under his control.Prepare detailed BOM as per the fabrication drawings.Prepare necessary cutting plan for both fabrication and machining. Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Design Engineers and leaders specialized in Mechanical engineering with 3 to 10 years of experience. Ideal candidate will have experience in designing sheet metal, plastics Parts and Packaging material design for power/ industrial electronics and embedded products. These engineers will Work closely with production manufacturing team and vendors to deliver timely cost effective and reliable designs.

Key Responsibilities and skills:
- Experience in Electronics cooling simulations, selection of fans Aluminium Heatsinks etc.
(Concept, Design, BOM, Material selection & Proto build).
- Ensure the quality of the release documents to Eng. - Drawings, BOM, and Documents.
- Design for Reliability, Manufacturability, Assembly, Testing & Serviceability. Assist Engineering and respective factory teams for proto assembly & smooth transition to MP.
- Solid works, Creo Engineer, Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical for 2D and 3D drawings.
- Knowledge in Power supplies, PCB, Heat Sinks, Fans etc.
- Enclosure and Mechanical design, thermal system design (heatsink, fan, airflow etc.).
- Knowledge of Thermal simulation software.
- Ability to handle projects independently, vendor development, coordination with factory for NPI and mass production.
- Knowledge in environmental tests and its design (stress/strength/shock/vibration).
- 2D, 3D and assembly drawing and part number creation.
- Assembly instruction documentation for production plant
Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field.
