Role - User interface Art Director
Location - Navi Mumbai
Exp - 6-7 Years
CTC- 27-28 LPA
Notice Period - Immediate Joiners/15days Max

UI Art Director:-
Core Role: Understanding the brand essence and designing the master visual design outlook for all key screens across desktop and mobile interfaces, including primary, secondary and tertiary navigational elements (menu, tabs, list blocks, tables, etc), besides defining the structural and graphic outlook for main content zones; inclusive of elements such as – information blocks, KRA, KPI (interactive and non-interactive), task and process flows, to-do’s & reminders, messages, asset attachments, alerts and notifications. Define the visual design rules for all key atomic and molecular design patterns by aptly collaborating with UX leads of RIL’s Oil-to-Chemical (O2C) industry division and UX leads from Jio Design System 2.0; inclusive of setting rules for visuals, illustrations, colors, images, typography, micro-animations etc.
• Candidate must have a strong visual design experience along with 3-4 years of good exposure in designing complex interface elements (desktop and mobile) for B2B or in enterprise SAAS space. Good to have experiences in publication design, advertising, and branding.
• Should have a cumulative work-experience of 6-7 years in the experience design industry with good experience of using Figma tool.
• Should be formally trained in either Communication Design or Interaction Design discipline; graduate or post-graduate degree/diploma course.
• Should be able to define and set-up the style guide with standard templatized library, inclusive of all design assets (interactive and non-interactive).
• Must be able to design world-class page take overs, dashboards, blank-state screens, splash screens, screen-guides, emailers, etc
