• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsibilities
- To support the healthcare team in providing and assisting the patient with his/her care needs in collaboration with all healthcare providers.
- Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff.
- CRO will provide information, directions, and any other assistance to physicians, patients, families of the patients, and vendors.
• Desirables:

- Must be a graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO preferred.
- Excellent detail orientation, with attention to accuracy, completeness, timeliness; exceptional recall and memory.
- Should be willing to work in Night shift
- Should be willing to work from office location
- Immediate joiners.
• Minimum 1 yr experience required in International voice process, night shift, Sal within 20K.

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
