Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales and customer conversion. The candidate will be provided with US customer data and will be responsible for contacting prospects, generating qualified leads, converting them into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects using the company-provided database.
• Contact 100–200+ leads daily and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and present the company’s products or services effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and lead conversion.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in US Sales, International Sales, or Outbound Calling.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or international accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience handling US customers over phone calls.
• Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in B2B or B2C US sales.
• Experience in lead generation and customer conversion.
• Familiarity with VoIP dialers, CRM systems, and sales tools.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
