• Must have strong Communication Skills.
• Some basic knowledge about IT Recruitment, IT
Skills and technologies and terminologies.
• willing to work in IT Recruitment and Staffing
industry and passionate in HR Domain.
• For
Experience.
• Candidate should have hands on experience in recruitment for
various positions on IT Recruitment Industry in US / APAC Market.
• Strong experience in working with W2,Corp-Corp,10++ for Contract
positions.
• Should have strong sourcing skills in various Job
Portals, social media and other sourcing channels and tools.
• Strong
Knowledge on End to End IT Recruitment.
• Screening the resumes according to the Job
description and matching with requirement, calling up candidates explain
the job in detail and understand the candidate is fit for the position.
• Understand their interest level &
submit the
profile with client and follow up with the candidate and client for
interview and feedback.
• Offer negotiations and take feedback from the
client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.
• Should be willing to work on Targets and meet the standard.
• Maintaining & updating the Daily and monthly
submission and closure reports
• Strong working knowledge in different VISA and
TAX terms
