US IT Recruiter for Leading BPO

Shifts :
Night shifts (7pm - 4am)

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with account manager and team lead
• Daily stand up meetings
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly targets
• Handle US based client requirements
• Responsible for fullcycle recruiting: Requirement job postings on job portals, Screen candidates, short list candidates, set up interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Source candidates from various job portals
• Wellversed with W2, C2C, 10++, etc
• Well versed with US Visa types (H1B, F1, EAD), Tax Terms (10++/C2C/ W2).
• Handle Contract, Permanent C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Participate in team meetings
• Stick to the schedules and must be target oriented
• Be a good team member. Should be able to work as team and individually as well.
• Team spirit
Qualifications:
• Any graduate with positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written skills in English
Must Skills:
• Excellent sourcing skills
• Excellent verbal Communication skills
• Should have good overall understanding of endtoend US IT recruitment cycle.
