Roles and Responsibility
Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines with the objective of meeting the quality standards and SLAs laid out by the client within the limits of agreed SLAs/SOW, corporate and client guidelines
Intermediate level position subject to minimal supervision. Limited risk and rule-based decision making accountability
Understands and performs any one or more of the functions under Annuity/Life Insurance products like Indexing/New Business/Inforce/ Claim Analyst
Review customer requests received for good order based on predefined business rules
Makes decisions to accept or deny risks for life and annuity products (Identify potential frauds, misappropriation etc.,)
Performs moderate research in order to properly respond/action on the requests/inquiries. Uses resources available
Makes required data updates and maintenance to supporting administrative applications
Understands follows procedures regulatory requirements regarding processing transactions, privacy etc.
