Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with producer, director, and other team members to plan and execute projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to 3melines and budgets.
2. Pre-production Planning: Assist in the planning and organization of pre-production activies, including script review, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Production Oversight: Manage on-set activities, ensuring equipment readiness,coordinaing talent, and troubleshooting any production issues that may arise.
4. Post-production Support: Work closely with the post-production team, overseeingedi3ng processes, and ensuring the final product aligns with the project's vision.
5. Resource Management: Coordinate with various departments to allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
6. Quality Control: Maintain high-quality production standards, overseeing the technical aspects of filming, lighting, and sound to ensure the desired visual and auditory results.
7. Budget Monitoring: Keep track of production expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and providing regular updates to the production manager.
8. Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and creative work environment.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Media Studies, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Production Associate or similar role in a media production environment.
3. Familiarity with media production processes, including filming, editing, and post-production workflows.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficient in industry-standard production software and tools such as Davinci Resolve,Autodesk Maya, Adobe AZer Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Foundry Nuke, and Unreal Engine.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
