Position: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time On-site

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams
Maintaining recruitment pipelines and documentation
Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
What You Bring:

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the HR domain
