This role involves providing accounting and tax consulting services to our clients in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of small and mid-sized accounting firms, assisting them in managing their finances and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, offering a salary range of 11 per hour. As a junior position, we require candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation.Qualifications And SkillsCA Inter or Semi Qualified CA3 years of articleship experienceGood English communication skillsFamiliarity with US and Canadian accounting and tax regulationsProficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwareAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesFlexibility to work in shift timings of 03:00 PM to 12:00 AMImmediate joiner preferredRoles And ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principlesProvide tax planning and consulting services to clients, including preparing and filing tax returnsAssist clients in managing their accounting systems and processesEnsure compliance with US and Canadian tax regulationsStay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulationsCollaborate with clients and colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvementsProvide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their accounting and tax-related concernsAssist in training and mentoring junior team members
